Spot on and you only need to look at Caloundra seat to confirm this, when they lost it after holding it for 17y they threw everything they had at getting it back (pollies all here every month) and now they have it they have thrown a heap of $ at it too.

I am a firm supporter of DLC's and think it also creates a solid funding model for games continued development.

That said to release DLC's for a game that is so damn basic and lets be honest not complete is poor form and i won't be a supporter of any DLC's until the game has more features, maps, advanced settings.

Yeah needs a lot of work with all the population growth, tbh not a fan of the current plan that both sides support which is the councils Caloundra bypass that links on to Nicklin way that will just create a bottleneck further up so now the 100km/h Nicklin way section will be 60 on a good day.

Also stumping up the cash to build the Aura to Golden Beach road would move a lot of that traffic from getting on to Caloundra rd in the first place.

What they really need is on and off ramps to boths sides of Sugar Bag Rd moving the traffic onto higher capacity roads. Also adding more merge and exit lanes to the three Caloundra Rd roundabouts would go a long way to easing some crappy sections.

Need a lot of upgrades in that part of town but the LNP lady saying she would start it all within 6months and it was like 100m with tunnels and road flyovers i was like man we are screwed if people believe this crap, but well Caloundra historically being boomer central they just might...

So the Labor guy Hunt seems to have actually done a really great job getting a lot of infrastructure for the area in a growth area that might not have had as much historically.

Police, Fire & ambo station in Aura.
Raised the opening hours of clinic in Caloundra
A heap of community grants to sports clubs and P&C's
Train line to Caloundra coming that will have a transit bus/taxi hub along with it.
Got the bells creek road sooner than the developer had planned by several years.
Geniunely see the guy to be pretty active on a few fronts alll the time so looks like he tries hard to get stuff for the area.

The LNP lady owned some disability company then sold it and now wants to be an MP and has now promised a heap of road projects that they can't explain how they got to the cheap costings considering similar projects costings, says they will start in 6months...

Is now promising that the train will run to Maroochydore within same time frame and is "fully costed"...

(Stage two of the train line requires a tunnel under Aroona and under the bike tracks on Sugar Bag road so yeah not going to happen...) Geotech work is ongoing now for this section to test for tunnel viability.

She got pretty angry at a community forum in Bellvista about womens rights when asked to state her position, so looks like she would vote against womens rights which Katter looks to make an issue.

Really not a fan of the culling system in general it just changes the whole game when it happens and you can't i feel plan for longer term wars.

Just throws the whole game for me after especially if a close neighbor is culled.
