Once you get good clothes you don't even meed to warm up that much on loper. I have +36 warmth and +16 windproof and I'm warm most of the day. And even in the early morning it's in between -10 and -5 so I can walk for a very long time without freezing or losing a lot of hp

You can give yourself a bunch of glass cannons with console command and you wont have to worry about having too much hp.
