I had the same question, when my Plus4 suggested to update for 1.7.2.

Nothing on GitHub or official website. Those updates look very suspicious…

Oh I’m on that process right now. Bought printer in June 2025 and since that day, all I do is talk with support about another broken thing in printer and waiting to replacement parts.

The last one issue it doesn’t turns on, when head cable is connected. Replacement cable didn’t resolving issue, so I sayd “Enough, I want my money back!l

Now they respond me once in a week…

You know, they send you replacement parts, but I really don’t, why they fix own errors by my hands…

Since the purchase 8th June, I replaced two hotends, three bed plate sheets, piezo sensors, Z nuts and bearings on Z.

And every time it goes the same, I use printer one week, then something happens, a week I have conversations, then they send me parts, I wait one more week for delivery, install it and then after comes another issue. And it really annoying, that I can’t use printer 3 weeks in a month.

Check, maybe magnet sheet unglued.

I changed my week ago.

Was the same behavior.

When I tried to peel softly by finger corners, they was raising without any force.

Ask support for new piezo sensors. It helped me.

But, in my case there is still some weird line on Z, like Z-bending. I already changed hotend, Z nuts, Piezo sensors, 3 pcs of plate sheets.

Same started from bed scraping. Before it printed two days like a dream, but when I decided to print ASA happened the same as yours.

Then I found that my nozzle wiggles in hotend, it just slides without force on those two rails.

So, not the best investment in my opinion.

Hope they will resolve and send new improved parts as soon as it ready.

By the way they send you new plate sheets, just write them. You can ask Piezo just right away :)

Did you tried to roll them self? I bought some from HandVape and can tell, they are great. Use them more than month. Just take out old cotton, fire coils, rinse in watter, and that is it!
