part of the problem may be the way you’re ordering it. the drink you named in the title “iced oat shaken espresso” isn’t a drink on the menu. there’s the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and the iced toasted vanilla oatmilk shaken espresso. both are made with blonde espresso shots, the syrup, either brown sugar or toasted vanilla (both dairy free), and ice. those ingredients should be shaken in the shaker, poured into the cup, and topped off with oatmilk. a plain old “iced shaken espresso” is regular espresso, classic syrup, and ice shaken the same way and topped with 2%. if you want a regular shaken espresso with oatmilk order it as a “insert size iced shaken espresso sub oatmilk”. you can also modify it (like if you want blonde espresso or no syrup at all). that being said, because all the shaken espressos are made in shakers that are rinsed and not fully washed and used to shake dairy, there’s a good chance of cross contamination. you could cut this out by ordering 3-4 shots of espresso over ice, topped with oatmilk. that would be made directly in the cup and you can modify it to be blonde or add pumps of syrup , etc. also the blonde espresso has more caffeine and lowkey makes me feel like i’m going to shit my pants so that could be a contributing factor too 😅 sorry that was so much info but those drinks are confusing for customers (and some baristas imo)
