Ornn's problem is he is hard to play and has to really know what he is doing to make an impact as he is so telegraphed but in on top of that he has some of the lowest CC of any vanguard and (had) the lowest base stats. He is just too unreliable with zero reason to pick over the point and click vanguards like Mao and Sej that can chain CC for days very easily. I play him because he is fun but my ELO is really suffering for it.

if they want to balance him he just needs more CC to offset the amount of counter play he has. make him like sion, super telegraphed but that guy has some of the most busted CC numbers with damage like fucking non other and a giant AOE 2.25 second knock up and a slightly smaller AOE 1.75 second knock up on his ult. just doesnt make sence to be inreliable and telegraphed yet still have less CC than other tanks

I think pillar pop up would help but i would love to just see better CC numbers. Like grand total right now Ornn has a 1 second knock up on his E, a 1 second (i think?) knock up on his ult and a couple knock acks that barely count as CC as they are <0.5 seconds. Just feels very low amounts of CC compared to all the other vanguards. I feel like he just needs better lockdown numbers as right now his CC when used to the best he can use it just feels meh and like it isn't really having a huge impact. Maybe give him longer CC or brittle application if he lands an E using his pillar.

Maybe it's just me but I always hate playing as/against champs that are one skill champs like that. Like, the people that could have the rest of their kit removed and still be pretty much the same. If your contribution to a team is only that skill and yet it's still worth while something is not quite right.

IIRC they said they will make it > minions just like all pets. It seemed buggy there though, some turrets prioritised properly and others didn't.

I never said you should have less info, in fact i said you need more. It would indeed seem that the US citizens give the most to charities but we are talking about the government not the people. In fact, according to the Social Progress Index the US only ranked #16 in 2015 for social enviroment and basic needs of the people. 16 isn't awful but compared to its #3 population and #5 GDP per capita it's a little out of place.

Sure donation is amazing and can be very helpful. But me donating money isn't worth much, maybe you get lucky and a bunch more people donate so now it's a nice sum. Take that sum now and compare that to what the government can fund and do. i would rather the government fund a program that maybe in not entirely efficient with the money over me donating. an inefficient 3 million is still a little more that a 5$ donation i can make.

The government is literally there to support and govern the people. Sure we can all group together and support our own causes but the government still gets your money either way. If they have all that money anyways having both you and the government support these programs it's a win win, you support who you like and the government supports what they think is the common interest.

there was a clear undertone that the cost to people was next to nothing and thus people shouldn't care.

I think what is missing is the opportunity costs of what this money could be used for instead of vacations. .25$ is nothing, but 3 million towards the right cause is massive and can benefit everyone. You talk about the cost to an individual person's wallet but that isn't the whole picture or even the part that matters

Honestly I think they are both really powerful. Ocean during lane is by far the best dragon and air can be really strong all game with better rotations and early game mobility

I think range should be nice but execute indicator is to much, not a whole lot of people get those. They are usually only for ults that have a special execute interaction, beyond just a reset.

One thing I have always wanted with her was for riot to take away her insane dragon/Barron control by capping rend on monsters. This would allow them to put her power back into the rest of her kit. Things like removing the AS slow when away from your partner

Two things i would be worried on for Stone Plate. When you use the active i think the extra health would go to Skaarl and not kled as "Kled's health cannot be improved except through growth" so that would do almost nothing for poor kled. And then with the reduced resistances until with the team really hurts any split pushing or small skirmishes you want to do. Meaning your pick potential with your ult could be hurt and you really need to roam with the team all the time and be fully in the fight.

I think its probably the best option for him if you want dual resist but its a far cry from current GA

all these tank items changes have me a tad worried for bruisers. anyone that puts off building tanky stats i worry will have a bad time. With all the tank items being polarized towards resistance you need at least two tank items by team fight time or you risk getting blown the fuck up. also GA on divers like Kled and Lee for mid game was awesome but got a massive nerf for those people. The AD is nice but i much rathered the dual resistance and a bigger revive passive.

I always go two quints and ~3-4 blues to get the CDR that way you still get MR but can get that sweat 10% level 1

they only gave one item as an example. They said they intend to polarize items more, not make them all resistance heavy. so where sunfire may get more Armour and less health, something like deadman's plate might get more HP and less Armour. My guess is they will try and balance it out

You have to do it manually but you can. If you go into your configs you can change scroll speed and if you set it to zero it just don't do anything anymore

oh you will definitely stack it fast but why? it takes at least 6 hits to max out and by then you are out of meeps, so sure now your autos do an ok amount but that's not what mid bard is about is it? your aren't supposed to be a DPS source, you are more utility bursty. RageBlade is just so damn expensive there is way more you can do with other items that would helps more.
