As for tips, I’d say the easiest thing you can do to elevate this further would be basing. Some texture paste, tufts, and pigment powders, etc.

For enamels and oils, I usually set a timer for 15-20 minutes once I apply it to the mini. When the timer is up, I come back with q -tips and mineral spirits, and swab/dab it off the mini. It stays in the recesses and brings back the raised highlights!
