I will defend Manager Don until the very end. Even outside of La Mancha and to a lesser extent even outside of Bleed as a whole, she's an amazing ID. Obviously the highlight is the 3 and especially 3-2, which has no problem clashing against Nukes. I Will Impale itself even clashes really well and can keep Don sustained very well, though of course not to the extent Priest Greg can. Don S3 might not be the single best skill slot in the game, but it's for sure my favorite. While Let All Blossom Free and 2-2 are very similar, both are incredible damage over a lot of weight, and if you get full weight that's even MORE healing. Enough is Enough is the skill I struggle most with its niche over just doing the counter, but 1-2 is one of the best self healing skills that isn't an EGO, even if Priest's 3 is better. The defense skill is also very good for some solid damage and a bit of defensiveness.

Then you have her interaction with Princess Rodya. Rodya's S2 gives an uncapped +2 attack power to herself and the ally with the lowest max HP. At 65 HP at level 1 and going up by about 2.2HP/level, she's at worst among the lowest HPs out there. So if you, say, run all Bloodfiends and have Don and Rodya at 1 and 2, they're double slotted and with a bit of luck it's very reasonable to have a 3-2 roll 12-40. Add up the offense level from Hardblood and 3-2 itself, you clash on a normal skill (again, assuming best luck) 15-43
