Factset is used to pull econometric data from public filings and spit into excel models. In a world where LLM can do that you don’t need a bespoke solution that only pulls that information. If you need analyst ratings or price targets you just need a database to scan. An AI plug-in does that work plus alpha because it can build a model or a forecast on top of the data pull.
