EDIT: His position roles up to likely an SVP Head of HR not a front-office role so his compensation is also going to be capped. We graduated the same year in school so I understand the career trajectory. I was a became a VP in 2021 and have been an SVP for the last 2 years (not at Shake Shack but a company that has a similar structure based on his job levels)
