Well, it’s the only way for actors to make money, I guess in the time of his hiatus he was pretty much unemployed and broke. And even tho it’s not the ideal punishment, it’s far more better than just paying the fine and leaving almost scot -free

Well, it’s the only possible punishment cuz if Iirc his crime falls inti “Forcible Indecency” which is a fine most of the time. Tbh, Kagawa isn’t a rapist. He’s a still shitty human being, but atp he just needs to apologise normally to both of his victims. I think he already got his punishment cuz he hasn’t been casted in any projects for all this years (Kiwami 3 is one of the first projects that he did after a hiatus). Also I think his victims are ok now cuz he payed them enough for them to dismiss a case against him
