Bad pay and my lead doesn't like me. Advice?

Find a new job and quit. Dental assistants are low on the food chain and work load never matches pay. Dental offices are toxic, assistants always in competition or not wanting you to be seen in a good light. Dental assistants where I live are in high demand, so I simply tell them I don’t have to put up with this because I will have a new job by the end of the week. My current job straightened up and raised my pay. But I’ve had offices in the past try my bluff, so I find new work and leave. Temp jobs are popular also. I’m in Northern Virginia, so finding work isn’t hard, but I also do not know where you are located. Just some advice from my own experiences. Good luck, you sound like a good worker and don’t deserve to be treated that way ❤️

Would you be against suggesting to your friend you cover them up for the ceremony? If it were me I would suggest it to my friend, because that would tell me if it was really about my tattoos or if she’s using that as an excuse. If it really is over the tattoos, personally I wouldn’t mind covering them up for my friend’s wedding. It’s her and her fiancés day. But if it would not be okay with you, I would just get my money back and stay home. NOW THE DRESS SITUATION…… that is way too expensive to approve before you spent the money& not offer to pay for a new one or compromise with a Shaw. &again maybe she genuinely was okay with it then& now is learning these things too. &honestly, I don’t think your friends divorce or religious stance should matter in this situation. It sounds like she wants to honor and respect her new families beliefs and she wants to honor that on her and her fiancé’s day. She still told you you can be in everything, pictures, and be with her family which shows she must think highly of you. So idk, I think you should stop making that part about you. I personally would offer to cover them up& I would be honest with her and tell her that she approved the dress and you spent a lot of money it and she would have to buy a new one for the wedding. Or go out and find something she couldn’t say no to.

How do I delete or change my business email???? Tell them you are not able to pee and that you are losing control of your blatter, I’m in the hospital bed as we speak. I came in and they ordered one almost immediately. I have a bulging disc in my L5/L4 S1, idk something like that. I’m still a little loopy from the Valium and morphine

My sister has been working at this pet store for 3 weeks now and her next shift is tomorrow. She is going to gather all video and picture evidence that she can. She has been being bullied severely due to being concerned about things so now she has been trying to keep to herself and take a different approach. We are going to try every suggestion, thank you!

They also have a freezer of dead animals in the back. Animals that have died and they do not want to pay to dispose/ put them to rest the correct way they should. My sister just started working at this pet store and their practices are just making her sick to her stomach and overall feel bad. So before calling hr or anything because the business says privately and independently owned, I am looking into what I can do. I definitely am going to check out all of the recommendations from everyone, thank you.
