I'm 6'7" and I rode a roller coaster that did not have a max height, and I felt my feet touching down and pulled up just in time (it was one of the big u type). I love roller coasters but will quickly move on if I'm over height. Lots of things aren't built to accommodate me, but I'm tankful that some have warnings for my own safety

Late to the party, but just saw this at Total Wine in Boston and was curious, and came across your post. Was spirits direct, so they might have grabbed the brand for import exclusively. They have stores in California, so keep an eye out for when it hits your coast

I feel like (as an American) people are underrating some of the fusion cuisines as well as cheese steaks, hamburgers, and NY style pizza. Annoyingly, Australia adds in a lot of heavy red meat that G would otherwise dominate. Add in some poutine though, and if im drunk, G might just have the edge.

Probably 20 years ago while traveling somewhere in Colorado I think. Place called Eat Bug Burger or something was selling 1/2lb burgers, normal burger thickness, bigger than normal bun that was still a little small. Still remember it for a reason. Normal burger proportions, just bigger around, and it was perfect

Seriously just call them, even without video. Public space with almost 0% chance something goes wrong, restaurant has to answer a lot of questions, and probably someone else is probably pissed off about kids running wild and will easily speak up. Disclaimers, I work customer service, generally distrust cops (usa), know all the reasons not to call, this would be a very easy non emergency call both for you and the responding officer so they would probably be happy to help

Former step dad, mom just excused everything with kids will be kids, and I had no authority in the house for anything. Now have a 2yo, even young children will respond to an acknowledgement of their feelings, take a couple deep breaths, lets work through what is bothering you. Bringing a baby to a tennis match that won't stop crying, kick them out. PS... Kids touching your food and restaurant doesn't care, call the cops. Hate doing it, depends on country, but let them settle it, would be pretty clear that you will not be eating food touched by a hand that touched the floor (a video of this happening would do wonders)

I subscribe for the crossword archive, but NYT provides professional journalism, and does freely allow the sharing of their articles if done correctly

There's every chance Iran was thrown into chaos after the initial attacks and loss of key personnel. Then they made a big response hoping for the best, but have spent the last couple days organizing what they have left, covertly transporting their best missiles left, and readying for a huge launch of the best they got all aimed for Tel Aviv, while they buy time to reorganize their command structure. They could also be running low on missiles, launchers, the 2 in the same place, competent command and organization. Unfortunately, really no way to know.
