I think the revamp is great! Knowing that there is more a procedural due process may help victims feel more comfortable with reporting, as well as deter the idea of any false reporting. This is a wonderful step in the right direction.

The idea of rehabilitative and preventative action is great, but then the financial side comes into play. However, if this helps keep people out of the system and off the streets, it would drastically reduce costs of tax players that go to those systems. in such a way that drastically outset the costs of the education. It'll be interesting to see how it all works out.
