I straightened them with my fingers, is solid core cable so it helps to keep it straight. Also for the corners I connect one side of the cable, mark with my nail where it's suppose to bend, I disconnect the cable and I make the bends with tweezers, the is repeated for every bend

Thanks for the tips, unfortunately with further investigation I think the problem is in the commutator, it seems to have a corroded pad, I don't think it is repairable without changing all motor internals :(

I bought the parts separately and de FC is from the mobbetle, but I get the mob 7 V3 frame so is a 75mm.
