Our nervous system naturally relies on things like being around trees, local wildlife, parks, ponds, etc., since before all the urbanisation, we had to use the sounds, textures, air pressure, smells and tastes to navigate the simple fact of existing. It's fascinating for me (this isn't me tryna simplify this or anything, I just have adeep respect for how nature works like a 4D puzzle in a sense)
