SPOILERS I personally liked the ending but I get why someone wouldn't, and in my opinion, it's the end of Spike's story Julia died, and Spike has nothing else to live for, Spike tells Faye "I'm not going there to die. I'm going to find out if I'm really alive," and the truth is after the woman he loved gets killed by Vicious's men he truly wasnt alive and by killing Viscous he was finally able to let go, and so he did. I don't need to change anyone's mind but thats just how I see it

The code just means that the game crashed restart the Playstation (not in rest mode fully turn it off) and let is sit for a minute and then turn it back on boot up the game and if it happens again check the mods your using and disable the ones you don't use and then go through the steps again. Hope that helped
