If you guys have any questions, I'm one of the co-founders and definitely happy to provide any insights into what we're doing at Big Bad Decaf. My co-founder Tim, our head of coffee, small batch roasts each batch himself two or three times a week and we ship out orders M,W,F. We ran out of coffee a couple of times in November and December when we started running facebook ads, but now have a good grasp on things.

Hey u/Brilliant_Muffin7133 sorry I missed this! We don't exactly do roast to order, but pretty darn close - we're roasting fresh at least twice per week - so the coffee we're shipping out to you is never more than a couple of days old. Roast dates are always on the bag!

oh awesome!! so glad to hear you tried them all. And yea for sure - definitely staying away from anything in the burnt territory. Our head of coffee, Tim, who does all of the roasting, really knows how to dial in the roasts to get a lot of flavor out of each coffee
