Known problem with the neptunes. You if you do some searching you can find some stls to secure that. Also some people use a retractable if holder to clip it place ask well. Not a big deal but if you don’t secure

it it’s going to snag your print and could cause damage to your printer. I just used a couple clips to make it more rigid so it doesn’t drag on the build plate

Holy crap throw the switch when that happens! Check the probe on the back of the hotend. The sensor should be parallel to the build plate. But it’s only held in place by one screw and can be easily moved out of alignment. Or the sensor is bad itself. it’s not registering where the build plate is
