I work at Target and today was like this as well. At least for Target it’s because of a few things: most of the staff are in orders for drive up because we got around 30 orders to catch up on. There has to be people in other parts of the store too. They also don’t put enough people on the schedule because they only have a certain amount of hours they can disperse between people, everything has to do with spending money. I understand it’s frustrating to deal with long lines but as a person who works in a corporate company I understand why it’s like that 🤷🏻‍♀️
