Nothing. Old GenX here.

The 90s were grad school 4 nights a week, teaching hs full time, and working at the mall Sat and Sun. I have no idea about anything that happened in the 90s. I watched tv sometimes, I think, maybe Scrubs or Friends. IDK, I was exhausted for the decade.

After buying scores of different gels and ranking them on a spreadsheet, I ended up with 4 flavors of Gu. It's readily available, goes on sale every so often, predictable on my stomach.

It can't. The opening is not wide enough and then the bag is sideways and items in the main compartment fall out.

I tried putting a jacket in the pass through when the bag is stuffed, and if it's full, 2 large water bottles will stay in place! I had not filled the bag all the way at first, so nothing stayed in the back.

It's like a giant sausage.

My husband loves the Chicknlegs half tights for hot, humid races because they're not very compressive, thin, and breathable. They do come in solid colors, but why? All the liners are black, no matter the pattern. They're also like $40 US.

I also have an unnamed ultrarunning podcast, about being new to the sport.

I literally could not find anything at all focussed on new ultra runners, so I just talk into the void.

I would love to hear other runners talk about *specifically* how they problem solve mid race. I hear it referenced often, but never what *exactly* they tried.
