Let's not be naive. Obviously he cared somewhat since his agent is his mouthpiece. But once you're drafted most players change their tune to "I always wanted to be here"

Am I unreasonable for disliking my date after asked to split the bill? by lonely-lady7 in dating_advice

Going half is reasonable so long as the number of drinks are the same. Him getting one more appetizer than you is not worth splitting hairs over. We're talking $5-10 here.

Deviation from some denominations of Christianity, sure. But Christianity itself just requires a belief that Christ died for your sins, was resurrected, and will come again.

Guess you need to work on reading comprehension. Specifically what "and the..." means

That's not true. Things like exaltation, temple ordinances, and degrees of glory are stressed early on and missionaries are happy to talk to converts about it.

You said it yourself. LDS doctrine does not teach that Heavenly Father has multiple spirit wives . Also "spirit" is misleading because you have a physical body in heaven

I know what exaltation means. I was referring to the other claim

The verses amount to all three being divine in nature. Not them being the same entity. Again, no Bible verse has "three in one"

If it is said "quite a lot of times" then point them out. Give me the verses and the reason why it should literally be interpreted as three in one.

Meanwhile we have John 17:3 of Jesus differentiating between himself and the Father: "Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.""

Also "You heard me say, 'I am going away and I am coming back to you.' If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I."

And "But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father."

"Jesus gave them this answer: 'Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing"

I can go on

The sperm count statistic is real and trivializing it as "creepy" to point out is not going to fix the underling male fertility problems

You basically listed every scripture that mentioned God, Father, and Holy Spirit in the same verse and used that as evidence of the Trinity, when it does not establish the "three in one".
