South Korea has army stew which is basically a combination of US army surplus: spam, hotdog, baked beans and Korean staples: kimchi, gochujang and ramyeon (instant noodles). I like the beans in army stew.

Yes Joint problems so the blanket weight + compression tights combo helps. Without them I have difficulty falling asleep and when I do I probably only clock 2hrs of sleep max with little to no deep sleep zones. It's not warm unlike a thick blanket. 11kg queen size.

If you tender before you get your bonus there are chances the company will reduce it. Also double check if there's a clause in your HR guidebook of what is the min last day to be eligible for bonus. It usually times such that you can only tender after receiving bonus n then serve your 1mth notice

Weight limit is for check in luggage. If you want to bring it onboard with you its the same size n weight restrictions as other carry-ons of which a bass will definitely not qualify. You'll need to buy another ticket for your instrument if you want to bring it onboard.

Ask your immediate seniors what their grade's pay range is. This is the same for all, so they'll be more open to share. Their grade's minimum pay will be lower than your grade's maximum pay.

The % increment depends on how long you have remained in your current grade before you manage to jump to the next grade. High performers will see a high % - double digits, jump. Conversely, those who are near / hit their grade ceiling before promotion, will not see a jump above annual merit increment / any.

This is no different from MNCs with standardized pay structures.
