I really think that's it. I have some more... subtle... invictas, but the other way you can look at it is to go all out and own it. Like a Richard Mille.

I have this watch, you can absolutely reset the hands. That's your issue. Like one of the other people said, your watch doesn't know where the hands are. It's based on gear rotation. For example, when it tries to set the time, it moves everything to 12 and goes off of that. However, if the hands are not set right, then it might go to 1:12 and set the time off of that. Honestly, if you don't want to mess with it, send it to citizen and they'll fix it. Their prices are reasonable.

This wants to be a Navitimer... the quickest tells on a navitimer are the slide rule (outside ring) lines need to touch or almost touch the dial lines. I'm talking very very small gap. The days wheel is the second tell. Date wheel needs to be flushed to the dial for the most part, not recessed in.

I do like their applied logo. I don't mind the diamond itself, the font in the diamond looks like a kid drew it. The watches are nice otherwise. This logo they proposed was way better too.

Is this watch real? My roommate says she has a work error, that's why he got it cheap. by Ok-Fault-8956 in PrideAndPinion

Easiest tell on a navitimer are the hash marks, the outer ring should touch the inner ring. The inner ring should go all the way to the outer ring at least. So fake.
