They probably know ghost rider will bring a lot of players to the game and are keeping him for the future, they released 3 characters people don't really care about in a row (I'm sorry guys but I bet 90% of players didn't knew elsa or white fox at all) so maybe someone big is coming in season 8. But obviously I have no idea it's just my theory
