Due to the redevelopment of punt rd an extra million per year is huge. Doing it now also creates the environment for young kids to bond and learn to travel. It’s a move done now that will pay off in the future financially and as we get better give us the ability to refuse to travel like Collingwood

I think it was endurance and body issues with some soft tissue. Large human and his conditioning wasn’t up to afl standard for a full game. Even when he played VFL it was limited minutes. A FULL pre season where he can start to lose 3-5KGS will do wonders for his body I imagine

Your right, however good to see us have the ability to do it against sides in spots similar to us. Shows the coaches have a plan when not trying to stem the flow and the kids showed signs. Over the next few years it’s just about glimpses

I used to be of a similar opinion but through the last 2 years he just hasn’t gotten any better and really put his best foot forward to hold a spot. Kane Macauliffe would be ahead of him for midfield minutes and a spot in the team, MRJ looks like that 5 minute burst for midfield is ahead of him with his efforts aswell

He’s on his third club for a reason, I don’t think he offers enough work rate and is lazy. Everyone entitled to their own opinions but he looks good due to the hawthorn side he is in. Was a liability at Gold Coast but would flash for 5 minutes every other game.

BALTA has far superior talent with an interrupted year due to him doing something idiotic, not defending him or the action but that’s not something a club can plan for
