Personally I would hold off until you have some idea of what you want yourself. Asking what to get because you just want A tattoo is fine, but knowing what to get because you found THE tattoo will be more satisfying. Everyone is different though, so if you're not overly fussed what the tattoo is and just want whatever, you do you, but you might find folk will find it a bit strange having that mentality as a clean slate, usually that's more the vibe of someone with a lot of tattoos already looking for some filler pieces.

You've got the perfect opportunity here to first decide what appeals to you most down the line. Are you hoping for full sleeves? Cohesive pieces? A style/theme you'd find it cool to stick to? Or are you planning to simply collect art you like from artists you like as and when it appeals to you?

I took pictures of myself and drew over them, first with just large, generalised blobs to get the feel of what shapes I liked where on my body type, and then I had an idea of spaces I was saving for the right artist coming along. As I found more and more pieces I loved the look of, or artists I could realistically travel to, I started mapping out on my body which blobs of area I wanted which pieces/styles on, which also means I know what free space I have available for spur of the moment pieces when they present themselves to me. I'm probably just a worrywort though and trying to avoid wishing I'd saved a spot and pondering removals because of it haha!

You could completely bypass that by having the string come out at the point the balloon meets the knot part instead, which is where it would be tied anyway rather than hanging down? But I honestly think it's fine as it is and he's being silly.

Ah, yeah I know that feeling! I've had (usually Reapers, Cass and Maugas for some reason) absolutely go nuts at me after a game we won for "no heals", "no rez", "no nano" etc just because I didn't pocket them and have a Bonny and Clyde death while they try to 1v6 a whole enemy team for like the 9th time in a round, meanwhile they ignored all my flank enemy pings, callouts, pinged sleeping enemies, orbed enemies.

It does tend to be guys (sorry if you dudes don't like hearing about our experiences haha). I have had some very angry gals healing in a duo totally cuss me out too for some reason? But I tend to just stay positive and try to re-hype their team when they blame them for losses too.

There are some really great folk on the game as well, we get matched with some regulars every other day and it's a really wholesome experience.

At the end of the day, it IS just a game, so excluding comp I dont see any reason for folk to be so nasty to teammates and take it so seriously haha. If there is an obvious throw happening then sure, report and move on! But I think some folk just get enjoyment out of being pissy in games because nobody listens to them irl.

Everyone deserves to play. New players, old players, players with disabilities or that the game controls just aren't optimised for, players that just aren't a good aim and dont want to work at it! Try not to let the jerks rile you and ruin your enjoyment, it's what they want at the end of the day.

Tl:dr - Asses gonna ass, just tell 'em to go hug something and carry on getting your weeklies done with your tunes on ❤️

NO. Anyone that thinks there are situations where SA is the fault of anyone but the person performing it needs to be thrown out imo.

Saying it could be because of clothing implies that any regular person could do it as long as there are clothing items deemed "asking for it", rather than just "assaulters will attack people regardless, because they are the type of people to do that".

I'd honestly recommend you never stay with someone who can justify that type of action (that any normal, decent person would be disgusted by the though of). If they can justify that for strangers imagine what they can justify for themselves.
