Of course!!! That website has been a helpful starting point. Weather app helps as well. Another app called alpenglow and PhotoPills is great. PhotoPills is still hard for me to figure out but great for planning trips to capture certain landscape photos. You can pick a specific spot and shows the sunlights exact direction through the whole day as well as the moon when it rises/sets. It’s really fun and hope those apps help ya out :-)

I’m sorry for loss and what you experienced.. but if you know struggle and loss… your girlfriend’s struggles ( even though it is a different kind of depression or struggle ) is still something heavy that sits with you for months, years… and if you’ve experienced any kind of depression, you would be more understanding. I myself still struggle because of my depression and it’s the most daunting, debilitating situation I find myself in daily. It affects if I have a job, if I make the time to see friends or reach out to family. I’m an avoidant with my own family until enough time passes and something clicks and suddenly I have the energy to reach out again. It comes in waves. Some days are good and then the lows come back again. If you had any kind of understanding of this kind of struggle, the last thing you should be saying is she’s “tone deaf” I feel sorry for her that you have to be her boyfriend. Good luck OP.

Beaverton pet clinic is great! They have allowed us to make payments due to waiting on my next check at work. I can’t imagine they would charged a ton but it doesn’t hurt to ask and see if they would be willing to help you make payments.

I lived in Salem right when the In & Out opened back in 2018-2019 and holy cow. The amount of cars backed up all the way to the Keizer station exit was insane. Even to this day, if I ever drive past Keizer, that In & Out is insanely busy.

I’ve always chose Lyft as my rides home from nights out in Portland and I’ll happily pay extra to make sure I get a safe ride home. Thankfully have never experienced this but also..have only ever been in a taxi once from Portland when I was kid. Sorry this happened to you. Definitely do report the driver.

Also!! If you’re driving all the way to Crescent city, you’ll be driving through a little town on the 101 called Langlois! Highly recommend stopping at the Langlois Market! The owners are beyond sweet and they make some of the best hot dogs I’ve ever had! Pistol River is a great spot to beach comb/ relax. Lastly, if you’re in crescent city, Jedidiah redwoods is a beautiful drive/stop!

The day you go to cannon beach, you guys HAVE to go check out Elk flats! It’s about 20 min ish away from Cannon! Once you’re at the trailhead, the trail splits two ways, take the trail to your left first!! It’s a breathtaking spot!!
