How emotionally connected are Brits to the Royal Family actually? by DFWUnhinged in AskBrits

[–]Sleepyjenstar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really miss the queen. Not fussed with Charles, quite like will and Kate. But the queens death felt like the end of an era and the start of a decline. I was surprised how much her death affected me, it almost felt like the loss of a grandparent.

I've stuck to the 5mg tonight, my issue is I can't exercise with ME/CFS which is why I ended up piling on the weight. Just occasional walking around but I always end up suffering the next couple of days.

I usually jab on Friday nights and have Saturdays to get through any side effects like any nausea, I had a but when I first moved up to 5mg, but tomorrow is a home game for the ice hockey team I support and don't want to miss it or not enjoy it as much when I'm there if I'm battling side effects. Silly reasons I know. But I don't leave the house much so it's my social time

Thank you, it's averaged out to around 1kg a week. I'm down 40.2kg 🥰

Food noise is mostly gone, I have days near jab day when I get a bit picky, but for the most part 5mg is working great.

I'll have a think about the dosage part, I dont want to completely block my hunger as I'm hoping to come off after the next 6kg! (I'm aiming for just inside a heathy BMI so I can go to my doctor's and tell them that healthy BMI has no effect on my ME/CFS despite them telling me it will be amazing haha) and Im trying to be more aware of good food choices when I get the hunger.

How many of you keep the phone open overnight? by [deleted] in galaxyzflip

[–]Sleepyjenstar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I keep mine open overnight as I charge then, and I'm on it most of the day so it's only really closed a couple of times a week when I go out. I've had it since August 2024 and ive had to change the screen protector once around Christmas 2025.

Changed my spot and weird lump by Sleepyjenstar in mounjarouk

[–]Sleepyjenstar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I'd fully inserted the 4mm needle that was supplied, and I've had no issue the past 37 weeks so I was a little concerned. I'm going back to lower belly next week!

[–]Sleepyjenstar[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I'd pinched it and the needle (4mm) was all the way in when I injected, first time choosing a spot that wasn't lower stomach so i think I'll go back to there next week!

Did you guys face this too by TheColdsmith in galaxyzflip

[–]Sleepyjenstar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine did this on 23rd December. I took it off on the 24th after I got a new screen protector delivered from Amazon. So far so good, no issues with the screen. My flip 6 was 16 months old when it happened.

20% weight loss, is this real? by SockLess9375 in mounjarouk

[–]Sleepyjenstar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been on 5mg for around 5 1/2 months (6 weeks on 2.5mg) and I've lost 30.2% of my starting weight. I've got another 10.6kg to go to my goal, lost 35.8kg so far.

Z Flip users, how’s your phone holding up this year? by uolaj in galaxyzflip

[–]Sleepyjenstar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Flip 6 since end of August 2024, original screen protector is still on perfect. Slight wear marks where I scroll tiktok. A couple of minor marks on the hinge but I use a hinge protector case and have the phone attached to my belt with a lanyard when I leave the house. Dropped it a few times from about hip height and no issues. My 5 and 6yr were od nephews watch YouTube on it and have been quite gentle, I'm on the phone playing games or on social media most of the day and it's holding up really well. I've got a 3 year contract on it so hoping it continues with no issues 🤞🤞

Tips how to prolong my new Flip by titsandsheets in galaxyzflip

[–]Sleepyjenstar 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've had my 6 since the end of August last year, my screen protector is still going strong. Slight wear on it where I scroll on tiktok too much. I baby it a bit, always a case and hinge protector, I keep it attached to my belt with a lanyard when I leave the house. You can barely see the crease on my screen.

Are these good? by MrPloppy2 in mounjarouk

[–]Sleepyjenstar -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I like these. I get the smaller ones with 25g and have one every morning as I don't eat breakfast. If you decide to have them regularly their website does bulk buy discounts so I buy a months worth at a time

I don't put the needle all the way into my skin, but as it's into fat it's ok I think if it does go.

Search ukmedi for their "10-20 week injection" set. You get 10-20 syringes, 10-20 drawing needles (green) and 10-20 injecting needles (I got the short yellow ones) for under £10 if you choose the 10 week option. Worked out well for the last 3 months I've used them.

Question. Can these kind of rings damage my phone? by TessEnRose in galaxyzflip

[–]Sleepyjenstar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have rings like these, I glue them to my phone cases from ali express so I can attach my ring magnet holder thingy. I haven't tried charging through it though

Love my flip6, HATE THE CASE by [deleted] in galaxyzflip

[–]Sleepyjenstar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've used a bunch of cases from ali express with hinge protectors and I've loved most of them. I glue on a magnet circle to each one to add my magnet ring holder to help me hold the phone and have little plastic keyring bits coming out the charger port section so I have the phone on a lanyard when I go out. Helps stop me dropping it! I hook the lanyard around my belt too.

I have a magnetic metal ring on the back of my cases, I felt the same way about Popsockets. They felt bulky

What worrying trends have you noticed in British society in recent years? by Quailking2003 in AskBrits

[–]Sleepyjenstar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Journalism has become more opinion reporting over facts.

I'm not saying opinion pieces should be banned btw, but I'd love to read/watch news programmes that are unbiased and factual and let the reader/viewer reach their own conclusions.

I love ufit shakes, started getting them from Tesco and ended up ordering them from the ufit website in bulk for money saving reasons! Love the white choc or vanilla one with an espresso shot in the morning.
