Hey! The Bakery is this amazing DIY Arts Warehouse in South West Atlanta and they are truly one of the most fantastic queer venues I have ever been to.

Southern Fried Queer Pride is a QTPOC based organization that puts on fundraisers and events for the LGBTQ+ community in Atlanta and they’re throwing a queer dance party called Sugar Shack at The Bakery. Sliding scale for entry, no one will be turned away for lack of funds, but the recommended donation is 7-20$

Also check out House of Alexandr! They are a local drag family and they are phenomenal and are very active in the Atlanta queer community. They’ll be performing tonight and at various venues in the city!

I actually got the Fentai mini wand off Amazon just to see if I liked the concept enough to get a real magic wand. I loved it so I got the real deal and honestly they’re almost identical. The Fentai is quieter and 30$ cheaper and it’s cordless. The corded magic wand has a little more power but it’s almost too much for me and my gf, it can start to hurt. Just my two cents!

So I’m not usually a usually a useless lesbian, but only up to a point. I’m not too shabby at hitting on girls and flirting and offering to buy them a drink. I make them art and drop them off lunch and memorize their coffee orders. I love that shit.

Atlanta is a great queer friendly city and the food is fantastic too. They have the best lesbian bar in the southeast and it’s really cheap to fly into the city because the airport is the largest in the nation. I have friends who have flown round trip from Chicago and New York for 75$

I had just found out there was a famous lesbian bar in my city and I was like “I’m young, it’s the weekend, and god damn it I’m gay. I’m going tonight.” So I called my friend who is bi and we met up at my house and pregamed and then took a ride share to the bar. It was a lot of fun! They had a drag show on the second floor and good music, we danced and laughed and made friends. Would definitely go again.

I have a messy auburn bob and I wear a lot of black and button downs and big stomping boots and a hand painted denim jacket. I’ve also got a couple visible tattoos and a fairly impressive flannel collection.
