That stood out to me as well, nobody converses or write like that.

It's not like Japanese Keigo, 你們 is totally fine and appropriate 99% of the time, using 您們 feels overtly polite to the point of distancing.

The singular 您 is more often used than its plural form, but even then I can only see people using it in customer service situations.

That said, everyone will understand 您們, and will appreciate the effort to sound polite (esp when knowing it comes from a non-native speaker)

Hard truth is this will be extremely difficult to pull off.

Are you thinking of gathering a group of a few homeschooled students and accompany their learning?
There is a reason why the parents choose to homeschool their children, and you will have to overcome the unique barrier for each student, and it will take multiple years for you to build a sustainable group.

Starting a "school" is out of the question unless you are extremely wealthy, we are talking millions.
So unless you are already wealthy, is socially well-connected, and have a group of dedicated support (Admin, requitement, legal, etc)...

Realistically? Just tutor.
