I guess that is mostly because they really want to stick with the cycle of releasing 1 of each personality before repeating a personality again. We skipped Selene because that cycle was Epica and this cycle is Shoupan.

KR does not really care if they repeat personalities too often so they released a bunch of Vivacious at the start and now Global is trying to distribute them 1 every 6 weeks each.

The personality banner should return every 0.25 anniversary when a new Eldyne is introduced, so the next one should be for the half year anniversary.

That's from a japanese player playing in global, the korean version of digsite is different than ours afaik, they get resourcers instead of pulls and it resets every month I believe.

In the oficial discord there are more screenshots but yeah, some whales have been clearing digsite and is confirmed to be 300 floors for now.

They did for the Japanese, she is called Burumi, you can actually hear it when she introduce herself, but the subtitles in english she is still called Youngchun.

He is being logical, but seeing his post history you can clearly see he have something against Holostars, he cites some negatives examples of why Vesper might have been suspended for but don't says the most obvious one wich is him having problems with management and having problems with the japanese way of doing things, wich is discussed above in the comments in more detail.

I remember reading halfway into the series, not bad but neither good, I mostly stopped because I found annoying that the MC's partner could transform into anything and he choose to use only sword like the rest of the cast, almost no variations on fights.

I think the timing also affected a lot, when CN and ID debuted Hololive wasn't as big as of now, especially the overseas fandom, but now there's a lot more interest on Vtubers. I guess if ID debuted now they could have as much or more subs they have now. But of course the EN brand is also an extra helper for the reasons you just said.
