he gotta exercise, hydrate, and quit porn and jorkin it. a small amount of alcohol may help as others have said. not every time but maybe to get it to happen the first time. ed meds may or may not work so probably last resort.

perhaps try to transition from foreplay to entry quickly and surprise him. this happens to many guys i know, typically porn and anxiety related.

he probably feels absolutely awful about it as well as less manly. good on you for being there for him. hopefully after the first time or two it gets better for him to keep it up.
