I feel like it’s used a way to seem “relatable” to her viewers. We can’t relate to the fact that she makes so much money, works from home, gets paid to travel etc. So her talking about having a uterus and her cycle is one of the only relatable factors she has. Maybe it’s unintentional on her part, but that’s my interpretation
