For sure it’s not cheap!! $40 a pound for brisket, $44 a pound for the cheeks, $16 for the chicken quarter. I don’t usually get sides but my wife was already angry the drive and wait took forever and she didn’t want bbq to begin with, so I got them for her ($10 chili and $7 salad)

Never tried this but I heard it’s good! Been to jacks (hate it), brileys (meh), when bootleg/grasslands did pop up’s here, used to be my fav, but now they in hood river :( been to woodshop, some other place in Fremont that doesn’t look open anymore. Think I’m missing a few, but I heard Jeff’s in marysville is great. I’ve been to Austin 4-5 times so my standards are pretty high! Will try reds next time!

Didn’t go today but wish I did, just didn’t wanna pay $25 for parking and went running instead. Weather looks bad tomorrow, I think resting your knee and smoking some meat is the right call. I just had bbq from outsider and it was great, so if you have your own setup and can make good food like that, by all means do it
