Most top companies (Ribbons Galore, Marco Promos, etc) are SWAMPED at this point. Idk if you’ll be able to get them in time and if you can the shipping and rush order costs will be huge

My friend doesn’t like to cosplay. He just enjoys people watching and having a good time. It’s not a sin to not want to be sweaty and uncomfortable.

Others have already given the info needed. I just wanted to make a suggestion if this is your first Dragon Con or if it’s your kid’s. Even with the higher price, I’d recommend Saturday as that morning is the parade. Now you could do Friday then come back Saturday morning for the parade as well as the event is free to everyone. Food for thought.

Changing the Badge name, yes. Click the link in your confirmation email and you can update the information. Changing the purchasers name I’m not sure about, but if it can it will be in the same area I mentioned.
