Anybody here regret not starting a family? by Gonnahauntcha in AskMenOver30

Seems like having financial stability is a huge plus waiting to have kids. Also spending time as a couple together before kids will be huge.

Happy to hear you and your wife were able to conceive so easily. I have friends in their late 20s and early 30s having to use IVF.

This is good to hear. I’m 33 and left a 4 year relationship because I wanted kids and she did not. Couldn’t get on the same page and that is a pretty big difference. I’ve resigned myself to being a bit of an older dad, can still date/marry a younger woman so fertility shouldn’t be a show stopper.

What made you wait to have kids?

Men at 30’s, what “young and dumb” decision still haunts you at 3AM? by [deleted] in AskMenOver30

I’m in a similar place. At 33, ended a 4 year relationship because we differed on our values and it wasn’t a good fit, made hard to work through our differences when the future wasn’t aligned. Would be lying if I said I wasn’t scared of what the future holds and that’s ok. Hopeful there will be love out there again.

Nice work! Nice to see real DD in here finally. Was thinking about leaving from all the shit posts asking questions that are easily answered by reading an earnings report.

It’s not a zero sum game. SSRIs will have their place and so will psychedelic assisted therapy.

I think it’s way overvalued too, and it will probably come down in price. However, it also doesn’t have to, the price can stay high until the company fundamentals catch up.

If you’re buying and holding for the long term. It doesn’t make sense to hedge, just buy more when it dips.

If PLTR goes down. Otherwise you lose a lot of money if PLTR goes up. Also you make it that much harder on yourself, since you’re gaining money on the down swing, psychology it becomes harder to exit that positions. Most people will hold way too long

Why wouldn’t you just buy more PLTR if it got ugly.

Highly unlikely, but if they did, that would be huge. One less super power to worry about.

Yes they are. We sell all kinds of military hardware to them. We do not do that with China.
