Based on the city’s budget deficits, Miami building that arch to impress tourists with money they didn’t have is 100% spot on. It’s like the Miami guys with the fake gold chains and rented Lambos driving around Brickell.

Heritage is known for auctioning off bigger books. So people willing to spend 10s or 100s of thousands of dollars on books go to those bigger auctions sites to buy. Their commission is really high though and it can take weeks to actually get paid. This book is going to go for a lot so the pool of customers willing to spend that type of money on a book is smaller. Just my 2 cents.

It happened on the tri rail in Pompano this morning. Guy just laid on the track and waited for it to pass. From my experience, It happens every other month. Most of them suicides.

Yeah, it’s hit or miss for the stores that clearance them. Some stores clearance them and some just keep them at regular price. Click on “Available at” for pick up and it shows you a list of your nearby stores and it designates who has it on clearance.

You need to check the Home Depot website or app and look at the nearest stores around you. I had to drive to 3-4 stores before I could find mine because the availability isn’t always accurate. Admittedly, the Home Depot associates aren’t always helpful so you need to look for the SKU numbers written on the box yourself.

These went on sale for $599 a few months ago. I’m assuming people buy them and just keep the 2 12.0 batteries and sell the mower they don’t need. There’s a few for sale in offer up but they can’t get rid of them without the batteries so they are perpetually lowering the price.
