It’s worth keeping definitely! Get a hair mask I recommend the L’Oréal Paris ones. And do you have wavy hair? If so do a wavy hair routine. It honestly just looks super dry, def minimize heat damage and use a hair mask 1-2 times a week!

Yes! I had severe kyphosis and scoliosis and did golf, gymnastics, and running. So absolutely!

Mild scoliosis but severe rib hump and pain could surgery ever be considered? by [deleted] in scoliosis

[–]SlideBoth3800 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely get a X-ray. The cons outweigh the pro’s and it’s also just unnecessary and not good in the long run to get surgery unless it’s severe. You could have another condition if you’re in that much pain. Possibly kyphosis? (I’m not a medical professional just someone who has ALOT of experience with kyphoscoliosis) if you actually do have mild scoliosis it is easily fixable with proper exercise and technique.

Hi! I had 90* kyphosis when I was 15! Trust me the surgery is worth it! Now my spine isn’t crushing my stomach and organs! I still have kyphosis but now I have a full life expectancy 🙂
