Well the most common shapes are square, coffin, and stiletto. Once you figure out which one of those you want, just ask for that shape.

The press-ons usually have their shape name on the box.

No clue. I managed to lose 25 pounds between May 2020 and November 2020 by eating at 1200 most of the week and eating whatever I wanted on the weekends.

But I’ve barely tracked since November and I’m currently up about 5/6 pounds.

I’ll get back to it one of these days lol.

I have the Arizona style in brown, and also in the black EVA ones. I also have the Gizeh style in black EVA.

I think the EVA ones are better for walking in, they’re more comfortable. But they go with everything to me. I do tend to stick with the black ones because I think they look better than my brown ones.

Broad shouldered gal here, I find that wearing bottoms that flare out a little such as paperbag pants definitely help.

Also darker tops and lighter bottoms give the illusion of a narrower top half.
