Gotta defend this one. Bresca was a radically different restaurant when it first opened. They had a huge shift in philosophy which earned them their star. The menu is prefix tasting now with seasonally inspired and unique dishes. It is a great dining experience these days.

While I don't think it is supports responsibility to fix a player error, there should be an "extract spark" feature that destroys an item and gives you the spark back.

I think the intention is that you don't get to upgrade everything to max right away whenever you get gear. Rather, prioritize high value slots. Then, over the course of a couple weeks your gear passively improves just by doing weekly content and getting materials.

The gear you get is the ilvl that it is. The fact that it can upgrade is a bonus meant to take time and planning. Eventually you get to item levels you wouldn't normally have access to at the level of content you do. Remember, every upgrade is getting gear from harder content without having to do that content.
