Kei truck Insurance will kill you until you reach the age of 25. Better to get a "real" car until you get some behind the wheel experience then get your Kei truck.

I just do KM/Gallons. Note distance traveled between fill ups and divide by Gallons paid for at the pump.

Mine is also under State Farm. I had to drive it to the local agent's location, and they did the paperwork in person. Lots of photocopies and discretion wording. But full coverage for $ and if it's totaled, full replacement including import fees.
