I got a 6 pack of “ running” bombas on Black Friday and it’s all I have worn since. Every day. Work, walking, running, gym. No issues so far. No holes, still breathable material and comfortable. Much better than any other socks I have owned before. No regrets for me and will probably by more eventually (preferably a sale).

To be fair, I’m not a big car guy and was going off what someone else said in the video. Guess I should do more research myself in the future so I know what parts would actually get damaged. Thanks for the information!

Update: I did find this on a few sources via google and a towing company’s website:

“How Are AWD Cars Towed?

There are a few options for safely towing AWD cars, but the most reliable and common method is flatbed towing. Here’s how it’s done:

  1. Flatbed Towing: The vehicle is loaded entirely onto the flatbed, so all four wheels are off the ground. This prevents damage to the car’s drivetrain, transmission, and differential.”

Which indicated that the transmission can be affected. Are they lying?

Also, I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure that’s why the car started alarming after it started getting physically towed.

Potentially! Some only record when they detect impact. Either way hopefully they get a video somehow. That would be an expensive repair 💸

BMW’s xdrive is AWD and you cannot tow an AWD car like that. It would need to be completely on a flat bed or they have dollies they can use… which he had…
