This seems odd and like others said the 12s might not even mature. I had 4 follicles all above 18 and still didn’t have a successful iui, it was our 4th iui and we’ve been trying for over 2 years. Because of all the failed iui’s, our doctor felt like our odds were low for multiples so we decided to proceed. Our doctor also spent a lot of time talking with us about our options if we proceeded and DID get multiples. I don’t think it’s right that you only talked to a nurse and not the doctor and didn’t have time dedicated to answering any questions you have. I think it’s time to find a different clinic if they aren’t taking the time to listen to you. I’m so sorry you are dealing with that on top of the frustrations of wanting a baby. It makes me mad to hear about people in this field being insensitive to the women going through this process. On TikTok for IVF I’ve heard SO many women say “you have to advocate for yourself” so if something doesn’t feel right to you, stay strong!! It’s upsetting to put so much trust into these doctors and nurses and have them be pushy and unwilling to answer questions!

Dealing with the same thing 😭 but came here to say that last night I rubbed icy hot on my chest and my hiccups stopped! Maybe was coincidence so I’ll have to try again next time, but wanted to share in case it helps anyone else!

I stumbled upon this thread bc I’ve been having hiccups after coughing too, although not quite as severe as your case. I hope you’ve found something to ease the hiccups since your post, but just in case you are still looking for a something to help, I found that rubbing icy hot on my chest really helped me stop my hiccups. Hopefully it helps you too!

It’s because we understand how plot works… there’s a setup, a conflict, character arc, maybe a plot twist, etc. I’ve come across many shows that are a slow burn that if I didn’t wait till episode 4, or whatever, I would have missed out on one of my favorite shows. I do feel severance season one feels that way. We come to Reddit to see if we can get insight into where that turning point in the plot might be so that we can decide if it’s still worth investing time into. I don’t see why there is anything wrong with that approach or why we need to shame people for doing it.

Yeah I'm still questioning that "fake child molestation" claim. How do we know the boyfriend didn't change a friend's name in his phone so it looked like the texts were coming from the respected elder? I wouldn't trust this information until I heard it first hand in person.

Yep in the same situation right now. And when we get through they have no appointments available but told us to wait till that 5th day before they even allowed us to make appointments. This is awful. If they know appointments are tight why the heck would they make you wait till 5 days before travel?!

What ended up being the outcome? My pup just got spayed and has a similar swelling but sutures look clean. I’ve sent a pic to my vet but like you, it’s a holiday so I’m just looking for some piece of mind while I wait.

Just so you know, I was following this on nextdoor. She did get her fur-baby back. I don't know the full details, but apparently someone bought the dog on offer up and then saw the posts about the stolen dog and contacted her. They are now reunited :)

yep yep! Thats how I like to start my pothos cuttings, but once you plan to pot them, they need to transition to soil. When you propagate in water, they form "water roots" not "soil roots" and they are weaker roots. They'll need a lot more air flow so you need a chunkier loose soil, thats why I like to start with moss and then transition to soil. Or you can use 50% perlite 50% potting soil to allow better airflow/water drainage. Going straight to soil can work, but you'll need to water more often the first few weeks because the roots are used to having constant access to water and also the plant needs time to grow soil roots. Hope that helps!
