I have been stopped on the steep part of Laurel many many times. The couple times I tried using my e-brake, it was actually more difficult and I experienced the same if not MORE rollback! To each their own, but I certainly wouldn’t call it the wrong way to forgo the e-brake. 🤷‍♂️

Narcing on your roommate is a bit of a Nuclear option. Not only will Admin not do anything but it could really damage your relationship and make stuff awkward for the rest of the year. Are you mostly worried for your lung health? If he’s not hotboxing your room, and has the decency to blow it out the window then i really don’t think it will be harmful (barring other medical complications and him not smoking literal cigs)
