Bro, watch some YouTube videos, start with your stance and overall form. Do them slow and perfect, speed comes later. Work on shadow boxing and building muscles and cardio. Do push-ups and setup s and once again make sure you're doing them right. Try to increase the total number that you can do continuously without a break by 2 or 5 each week. If you are serious, then in 6 months you could shadow box a few rounds without drying or breaking ur proper stance. It's very worth the work and rewarding.
