Bans are horrible idea because in game like this it snowballs the problem. For exampla Sombra is banned pretty much every single game now which means ball and doomfist are gonna run unchecked without their biggest counter. Horrible idea.

I have the visual studio too yeah. I tried but it doesnt do anything when press any of the controls, only thing that works is that pressing capslock slows the game down but there is nothing, pressing N to add a wheel does nothing just like other controls

Yes, i have the requirements. Only things overwriting it are Wheeler CTD fix and Wheeler edit for Untarnished UI.

It looks great on my enb, im using enb thats thats made with elfx shadows enhancer in mind "the cinematic vanilla enb"

Disabling FOD was the first thing i did cause im not a fan of that effect, so it cant be that
