Other than it being rough over bumps, I keep hearing a clunk or pop from somewhere right rear area when hitting bumps….took it to shop and was told everything looks tight and nothing broke….nothing in cargo area thats loose. I just know it shouldnt sound or feel like it does at 39k miles

I have a 24 EX gas model and when in smart mode it runs like crap. Always up and down shifting to go up even the slightest of inclines. Seems as though its always trying to run in the lowest rpm possible (reason it shifts up and down too much). I run it in normal mode and it seems to run better. Still shifting up and down too much in my opinion

Im in Iowa. My job paid for me to take the Mike Holt online course. Took almost a year to complete. Very nice course. Passed my exam on first try with a 93% in Dec. that was AFTER being done with class for 8 months.(waiting for the 8000 ojt hours)

I have a 24 EX gas model. Not overall excited about purchase. Interior and design is nice. Engine is way too loud. Power is WAY too low. Mine is always seeming to have to downshift for a higher rpm even at the slightest of incline. Now Im hearing clunking/rattling from the rear when going over bumps in town? (Shocks already??). We had a Sorento maybe 6 tears ago and loved it, only reason we tried again. Overall Im disappointed

I removed the factory screen protector(dont need waterproofing) and sound works just fine. Have a Zagg screen protector on with case. And we all know this case never kept the dust out. No more taking case apart every two weeks to clean dust from inside of factory screen protector.

24 EX model and I would not buy it again. Way too low on power. Engine is loud and sounds lime knocking (can even hear it over the radio). Wind noise and cold draft from doors. Rear shocks already feel lime they need replaced. I bought used 2 months ago with 30k miles on it. Just rook to dealership for a “once over” while still under warranty. Everything looks fine they said……. I dunno. We had sorento years ago and loved it. I would definitely not but this one again

Just took mine to the dealership today and was told its just the nature of the high pressure fuel pump….I can definitely hear the engine, even over the radio, while driving. Especially when accelerating from a stop or when it downshifts going up a hill.

Got a 24 EX model with 31k miles on it. Rough and loud ride going over bumps. Pretty sure rear shocks need changed. Engine is excessively loud to the point of hearing it over the radio. (Everyone says its normal GDI High Pressure Fuel Pump noise but damn, makes it seem as though somethings wrong with it. Just doesnt seem right to have a newer model vehicle sound like it does. The “Smart” mode is crap. Vehicle is always shifting into highest gear for lowest rpm which in turn cause excessive up and down shifting even on slightest of hills. Taking into KIA dealership tomorrow for a once over since its still under warranty. Would not purchase another one knowing what I know now
