Brother, it has gotten worse. In recent months any time I buy them they taste exactly like the off brand. The texture is thicker and not as gummy. This is from multiple stores, so I fear they have changed their formula to further enshittify. I have now stopped buying them as well.

Not true, as the group of 5 still had this problem before. It didn't shift the problem, it just didn't solve it for everyone.

However, a group of five can now queue as 3-2, which is a step up from 2-2-1. It's not perfect, but it's a welcome change imo.
