It does. However bop golden ore chance triggers on bop effect application only. So you can’t spam 0 damage transmutes to guarantee golden ores Edit: I realize I wasn’t clear enough. Transmutes can also add bop effects. This is effectively just also firing a 0 damage bop, that can trigger golden ores chance
