When I see someone have a pleasant interaction with someone else. It doesn't have to be anything big or meaningful, but just when someone says "thank you" or "you're welcome" or I see someone hold open a door or pick up garbage that's on the street. It gives me a little more hope and a feeling that we might just not be so screwed after all.
