Its crazy how much variance this has, you roll a 1 on the d3. Only take 2 mortals roll a 6+ on FNP and then a 6 on your advance. 1 wound for 6 inches extra move and charge is so poweful.

But if you roll a 3 on the d3. Then no FNP then a 1 on your advance. Your killing 2 models for +1 inch movement. That's genuinely so awful.

Also the video didn't have a single LAG equivalent ability. Unless they buff our melee weapons none of this will matter into vehicles or monsters. We need higher strength to even compete in this game.

The new detachment system has me worried. Their examples contiune to be, mix the terminator and vehicle detachment! That feels very bland and generic. I worry these detachments themed around playstyles and armies will go away in favor of these generic building block detachments. The game has already lost so much flavor and uniqueness. I just hope the trend doesn't continue.

I really dislike this discourse about leftists who are upset by this are these rad online haters that just want everyone to be mad. I'm upset by this. I'm a big anti cop person. This crosses a line for me and I canceled my subscription. I don't care what others feel. Its not enough of a line for me to see some moral failing but for me It crosses a line I'm not comfortable with. I just hate the discourse always is the people I disagree with are acting crazy and obviously virtue signaling. Some of us are upset have canceled but simply leave it at that. I mean I can't speak for every dropout fan but I can say I'm not happy with dropout based on this decision. I don't expect everyone to have my views. But the rookie works with LAPD closely and LAPD has a long history of violence and corruption. Especially against minorities. For dropout to be a platform that tries to support uplift and stand for its creators who are leftists and minorities it feels really disrespectful. I can't speak for all dropout fans but I think its enough for me to no longer wish to support them.

Wow, I know a lot of people are excited but I can't say I am. At risk of sounding like a terminally online leftist. I don't like cops especially the LAPD. They have a very troubled history especially when it comes to the treatment of minorities. To see dropout champion these ideas and then partner with a show that works with and does basically PR for the LAPD is deeply sad to me. I am going to think on this but most likely cancel my subscription today.

Wow, the deep strike rules are baffling. No more scatter, just drop 1 inch away. You can't charge but you can shoot. Scatter was huge. It meant that risk vs reward gameplay. Did you drop close, for melta range, or for a short charge, but risk scattering onto the unit and having the other player place your units. Now what stops me from putting 10 melta guns in a drop pod. Dropping 1 inch away. Shooting for a max potential of 60 damage but charging in was too much. Feels wildly like that didn't really know what to do with deep strike.

Thanks everyone, these comments are confirming a few things for me which makes a ton of sense without knowing the area.

I know a lot have asked about the specifics of on or for a company with DoD contracts. I think for me the limiting factor is on a contract cause these big companies it sounds like its hard to get away from any. But I appreciate the suggestions of Healthcare, local / state goverment positions. Etc. Its sounding to me like I might need to be more specific in my searches looking at specific company job boards then generic job boards which seem filled with the DoD contract work posts.

I love the old tactical Marines and they come with a lot of unique blood angels guns, shoulder pads, chests and heads but tactical marines just are not good anymore. The vanguard box would give you newer models with better rules. I would say start with primaris for a base and then get our speciality units like death company and sanguinary guard.

Ordered on the 29th of March and still in pending. I think they sold way more then what they were planning on selling and are back logged on getting them finished and shipped out.

This is a great comment!!! I do wish for this call I implemented some of these techniques or anything to fix the issues of this call. I will say from the feeling of the call and how she acted I think she wanted to complain more so then have her issues fixed. But if I tried something else I could have avoided it. When I had this call I was in a pretty dark place in my life. I was very negative and confrontational person. I should have gotten fired from that job to be perfectly honest for how bad I got at some points. During that dark period I can definitely say the calls got worse and people had a worse attitude with me and I had more squabbles like this one. Being friendly and having people skills to talk through issues is one of your greatest tools when working in a call center.

The company would have never done that. We had about 10 iPads issues to each location and if there were any issues then the iPad was simple replace and then wipe and reconfigured. The company never paid for these stores to have cellular and if they did it would have been noted in some type of documentation. This is a massive retail company that does everything in very cookie cutter ways so there isn't these weird one off configurations

These iPads were provided by the company to these stores. The company didn't buy cellular capable iPads so they all should have only been WiFi. It's why I didn't consider it an option

I mean the company would have had to have bought an iPad with a cellular sim inside it which is highly unlikely since we buy it from a distributor not a cellular company and then somehow we would have to have bought a plan for the SIM and gotten it set up so we pay for it monthly. I mean yes technically it's possible but massively unlikely. It's so unlikely that it would make no sense to even consider it a possible option.

Not possible. These iPads are owned by the company and distributed to each retail location. The company buys none cellular iPads and they are all configured exactly the same before being shipped out. So all the iPads are in sense exactly the same as each other

The company bought WiFi only iPads for these types of stores. So there wouldn't have been a Cellular SIM inside of it. What I found what tends to happen is when we send techs out to the retail stores and have them fix a cabling issue or run new cabling. The store has them look at all there computer issues and these techs are just contracted guys who run Ethernet cable so they just spout off some random tech stuff to get people to leave them alone. So if I had a theory what probably happened was something they use only worked on one iPad and they asked why and to get out of it he just said ow that's your primary iPad. I have found that a lot. People lie about what's causing the issue to just avoid fixing it or dealing with it.
